WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
WHOLESALE DISCOUNT PRICES
Wholesale Discount prices are available to retailers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established store or online store owned by the retailer. We ask that you provide your Resale Tax ID to verify eligibility. If you are a large volume customer, please create an account and we will work with you to create custom pricing packages that fit your volume.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order is $75. For free shipping, the minimum order is $500.
PLACING AN ORDER
Please view our wholesale page at bajavida.com/wholesale. You must be a registered user to view this page. If you have not yet registered, please visit the page and fill out our wholesale application. We will review your application within 48 hours and send you a login if you are approved.

CREDIT
If you would like to become a customer that takes inventory through credit, please complete the application at oneworldbeef.com/credit-application/. Once submitted, please email info@bajavida.com to give notice of your submission for review & approval.
LEAD TIME & SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of placing your order on bajavida.com/wholesale. While we reserve the right to ship within this window, we typically ship orders within 2 business days. All orders are shipped USPS Priority, so please provide a physical ship-to-address. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of orders over $500.
OUT OF STOCK
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages from time-to-time. When an out of stock situation occurs, we do not back order out-of-stock items. We will hold your order if we expect to have back in stock within a couple days. If you have any questions, please email us at info@bajavida.com.
SHIPPING ERRORS/DAMAGED GOODS
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship international at this time.
3RD PARTY MARKETPLACE RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to restrict sales to online/e-commerce retailers. Retailers may resell Baja Jerky products on websites registered to the retailers, but under no circumstances shall a retailer be authorized to resell Baja Jerky products on any 3rd party marketplace, including, but not limited to, Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay or Costco . Any violation of this policy will result in termination of retailer's wholesale privileges.
